I don't know if there is a coop mod similar to Seamless, but there is the Private Server mod that was used when the RCE exploit was still around. I believe it still works

The vast majority of the areas are coop. but if you are playing solo then you can completely avoid invasions by not embering. Just remember to kill yourself after beating a boss.
