The least they can do is finally release a proper pc port of Bloodborne already, but I doubt that they will...
I played DSR recently and people are still invading regularly in all the hot spots - and there's always people on that discussion board arguing about clunky mechanics lol.
So yeah, that could be one reason. It might also be up to the original dev studio. TBH not totally sure on how steam decides what goes on sale or not.
Could be the devs and producers just don't want to lower the price any.
DS3 is really fun though. I still highly recommend.
