The mini-boss under the lift (Undead Settlement): How Do I kill him?

lvl 28 pyromancer. I die in seconds. Literally. He is super fast and hits like a truck

I'm pretty bad at dodging attacks that his that fast but I can't cast anything coz I don't have time.

rush past and open the door, activate the bonfire and you can dip in and out of the doors or just cast spells at him, he cant fit through, easy win

I killed that thing using bow and firebombs. Just lure the thing towards the lift and it got stuck under the stairs.

Honestly, just figure him out. Learn his rotations, you'll do fine. I've beaten him first time on 3 builds.

Can't summon in that area.

Don't target lock, that will most likely make you getting hit by it. There are several large monsters in the game, that will 99% of time hit you when you roll while locked on them. Like the spider thing in the Cathedral of the Deep.
Roll past its atack and hug it's rear and sides. You can use collumns to avoid atacks, and get closer, as well as let frostbitten meter to reset if you caught enough hits.

Learn the pattern and then to use your iframes in time. They will help you so much during your playthrough ^^

I found a whip, and I kinda..... struck through the wall with the secondary attack....makes me feel bad but there we go, works like a charm...heh heh

he mostly attacks in two. so dodge his two hits, attack back. repeat.

Cheese him. This also works for the Dark Wraith at the High Wall.

Aggro him, make sure that he is STILL CHASING you while you make a mad dash for the elevator and watch him fall.

Don't worry. You will still get his sweet ice sword.

it's weak to dark. Try the Deep Battle Axe if you have it or fist it Daddy with the Dark Hand
