having more than one copy of a spell attuned

In the previous games, each scroll had a certain number of casts but now we use the FP bar, does attuning the same spell twice give you extra casts or cut down the FP cost in any way? Just wondering because i used to stack like 2-3 copies of soul arrow in the previous games.

Same spell can only be attuned once. So someone please tell us what is the benefit of owning more than one copy of a spell.

None, probably. Just like that for people who might of missed the other place you can get it at.

There is no benefit, stock up on more Ashen Flasks or widen up your FP Bar. No other way around it other than rings you can grab which can do things like increases the bar, increase recovery from ashen flasks or decrease the amount used. I don't even know where they are.

Test it out. easier to do with a low level spell like soul arrow. Look at your MP in your stats screen before you cast, then afterwards. Post details.

You can always sell the extras.

I finally tested it out last night because nobody had replied to this thread in days. I wasted some souls on an extra copy of soul arrow, it will only let you attune one copy.
