Can anyone help me fix my FPS?
Now, my PC is getting pretty old now, had it built near end of 2011. My PC Is getting there. Anyways, Dartk souls 2 Scholar of the first sin ran fine on higher settings - had good fps, didnt drop too badly. But now my fps in dark souls 3 is terrible. I'm playing 800x480 atm, on the lowest of every single setting. It looks like a PS2 game, but in the middle of a boss fight it returned me to the menu and said my frame rate is unsuitable for online play.
If anyone could help me, please give me a reply here, thanks!

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7660D
Processors: AMD A10-5880K APU With radeon HD graphics runs @ 3.80GHz

My display is 1920x1080.

If anyone could give me any info on how to increase my frame rates even minimally, that'd be great. Keep in mind I'm getting a new PC soon anyways, a couple months at most I'd say but for now I'd like to be able to play DS3!
Thanks all.

The only thing i can suggest is to wait for some patches with optimization.

One of the thing that i seen so far is that if you cannot get 60 fps stable on DS2 don't even try playing DS3.

They are both made on different game engine and DS3 ask a lot more than DS2 to run.

That 7660D is horrible and under minimum system requirement.

There is no miracle solution for you. Your PC is just too old for a game like this.

You can try this, in case you are encountering the same bug, but I think you just need a new system

Thanks for your honesty. Trying to get what components I want, so in all honesty it's just a matter of me waiting to decide on parts.!
Discussions is over, thanks Samael.

Dont compare DS2 and DS3 because its new engine. I also could run ds2 at max settings on GTS 450 and E5200 2x2.5Ghz. But since this is intergrated GPU iirc there is hardly any chance to get you more fps ;-;

make sure all drivers updated and that the game is using your 7660 as the main gpu.

Hes already playing in 800X480. Do you want him to reduce that to 640X480 or 320X200 ? These are like 15 years old resolution.

Reducing his stuff won't change anything in this case.
