Am I overleveled? Lvl 35 at Ferron's Keep boss.

I was around 42 when I beat the boss and infront of the door was a sea of signs.

I did it at 37 on the first try, I also saw a sea of summon signs at the bonfire and at the boss's door. I think you're fine. (assuming you mean the 2nd boss, "Farron Keep" is a pretty large area)

I'm though that huge gate that you need to extinguish 3 fires, I'll level up until 45 and enable cross region.
