Beating Giant Crab

He keep burrowing and healing. Anyone know why?

I'm not sure but I think this happens if you run him out of his aggro-zone. I was killing them by strafing and waiting for him to do the spout attack thing then hitting him a few times.

Tried that, ended up pulling the Second one. Well great.

Yeah, if you move too far he gives up. You just need to pound him hard and fast before the other one makes it a threesome.

I used to strafe to the side and hitting them every now and then. They either become poise-broken or do a booble cannon attack, which in both cases mean 2handign my weapon and smashing their stupid ass shells.

As for why does he burry itself, the reason is you are hurting it and you are not doing it fast enough.

Yeah I noticed this too. I was right up on it. Got it to 25% hp and it stood there. I went to attack it and it went underground to heal to full. That enemy is actually kinda BS if you ask me. I just ran away from it and left it be. There's no winning right now, at least for me. Most annoying enemy in the game, besides the small guys that move fast (with the sacks on their heads.)

For some reason when you poison 'em and they burrow underground, they glitch and stay poisoned forever so you can then go on your merry way and get some random souls half an hour later when he finally dies.
