Where can you buy them? Seriously, this item is a must have for invasions.

Its called Undead Hunter Charm now.

Copypaste of an reply:
From the Cathedral of the Deep bonfire, turn left and drop, the ashes for the Lloyd talisman should be there.

After giving said ashes to the Shrine Handmaiden you should be able to buy them.
