I just change steam folder, then reinstal game.
For example: my default folder was: C:\Program Files(x64)\Valve\steam\steamapps\common\DarkSoulsIII.
I make C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\DarkSoulsIII.
Its helps me...
About your another thread... I cant found it =( 120 000 peoples online and so many bugs, forum looks like hell.
Delete steam BUT SAVE folder steamapps in our steam folder, to save all your downloads.
Then reinstall steam in another folder.
My steam folder now look like t- C:\Games\Steam...
