Throwing Knife Farm?
Anyone know the best palce to farm or certain NPC that sell throwing knife??

There's a masked merchant in a jail cell in the first area after Firelink Shrine. You'll have to find his cell key, but when you get him out he'll return to the shrine as a merchant.

He sells throwing knives.
