Already asked for a refund, but it is dissapointing to see such a disparity in performance.
I found that once you get past the kind of beginning area, the framerate is much higher.
I have an OC'ed gtx 750 ti, a similar processor (bit faster, 3.5ghz) and I am getting mostly 60fps(or atleast, it feels very smooth, probably drops to 55 or so) with a couple of tweaked settings.
Shadows medium (not sure about impact, but I don't really care if the shadows are a bit blurry) lighting max, shader max, effects max (trying to find a good boss fight with lots of effects, to see if it just removes, lowers resolutions, lowers amount etc. of particles/effects, and if it helps ensure 60fps more consistently during boss fights). I have SSAO, DoF, antialiasing off, and reflections on low (can't really tell a difference, it made some water eerily bright for some reason on high).
Other than that, the starting area before you get to the hub has a much lower framerate than the rest of the game, atleast for me.
Also i've noticed from the videos of people playing the pc version of this game, is that, compared to Bloodborne, this game lacks some shadows in certain areas and lighting isn't as great as Bloodborne's, but still looks great. Also it looks easier.
