[FIXED] Japanese language option NOT included... sigh...

The store page clearly says the game offers the option of playing the game in Japanese, except for the voicing which is done in English. But I've just checked the language settings and in spite of a whole bunch of languages being there, Japanese is NOT included.

What the hell is up with this? If the store page says a language is available, then it has to be.

MAR 16 EDIT: I haven't tried it yet, but I noticed today that the issue apparently has been fixed! Just right click the game and select プロパティ. 日本語 should be available now. Subcogitate was able to switch languages without losing his progress or having to download anything else, so it should be safe (thanks for letting us know!).

There are several other games here on Steam that have a Japanese version as well, yet none of them say Japanese is available. It's THEIR job to properly set up the store page to show what we're actually paying for or at the very least make it clear which languages are included in the version you're buying.

Once again, the languages available to any game on Steam are by default the ones on the store page. You can't expect customers to see the future when they make a purchase. So yes, this ABSOLUTELY is false advertising.

Yes, they ARE supposed to make a store page that displays ONLY what we're paying for. Doesn't the price change for each country? Why would that not actually apply to the language available as well? That makes ZERO sense.

You're not helping anyone here. We just want what we paid for and you're not going to convince anyone otherwise. We paid for what the store shows, not for what's supposed to be according to your flawed logic.

Also it just says japanese supported not included. They mean different things.

Russian version of DS 3 actually does have English. You simply can not gift it to people outside of Russia.
And most games on Steam bought in Japan usually have English as an option.

So yeah, I would say publisher dropped the ball on this. But your only option is probably to refund and buy outside of Steam.
