Caestus have D & D scaling.
Who cares about strike damage though? Get that cool Astora Greatsword and get swinging like there's no tomorrow.
It has D & D scaling in its base form. I pretty sure the scaling changes when you upgrade it. I just don't know into what. The reason i want strike damage is that lots of enemies, especially in dark souls 2, were resistant to other damage types. also, I'm not much into large slow weapons that drain a ton of stamina.
