Those are your download speeds from speed tests. On steam, I bet you will only get around 10-20 MB/s.

Unless they are saying MB/s and mean Megabits/s. I've never seen someone download through steam at 100 MB/s

I have a speedtest score of ~100 Mb/s yet get ~11 MB/s through steam. Even if I had bad internet that's not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ argument I'm making. I'm saying it's damn near impossible to download through steam at 100 MB/s, not megabits which is the value used on speedtest. To have that speed you need around 900-1000 for your upload speed and even then that's not to say steam servers can distribute that quickly.
