So in UTC +7 the game should be unlocked at around 5 AM for me.
At least I should be able to play it for a bit before heading to work.

There's nearly 12 hours to go. Ireland gets it at an hour before midnight assuming UTC +1 is correct and it's only 11:25am here. America gets it at very convenient times of the day comparably, consider yourselves lucky lads.
