armor with special effects/attributes

ds2 had plenty of armor wich boosted magic/stamina recovery etc, cant find any like that in ds3, can someone confirm they are nonexistant?

I know this is a late reply, but i have found two through my playthrough. The Thorn amour set causes your rolls to deal damage. Each piece of the set increases the damage, though not by much. The Dusk Crown increases both sorcery damage and the damage of your weapons dealing magic damage, while decreasing your magic defense. I get around 30 extra damage on my Moonlight Greatsword with the Crown on, and around 15 for my Darkmoon Longbow. It stacks very nicely with the Sorcery Clutch Ring. There may be other armor pieces with special effects, but i couldn't find any confirmation online.
