Can't free Siegward - spoilers.

So I got the keys required to free him from his cell in Capital, though it still says that I can't open the cell door ._.
Is there a solution? I really don't like missing out on slabs :(

Are you sure you have the right keys, there are two set of keys for the jailcells.

You need the jailer key that you get in the profaned capital.

Yeah, I got old cell key, jailer's keyring and all that stuff, I was able to free him in NG though, just can't free him in ng+ =_=
