(Somewhat Spoilers) Emma, High Priestess of Lothric Castle

Is there any significant penalties for killing her before or immediately after Vordt? I know the pros of killing her: drops Basin of Vows, early access to both the Dancer and Lothric Castle, and an early boost in level due to the souls.

However, does killing Emma interfere with the Way of Blue Covenant (assuming you spoke to her and collected the covenant item and banner)? Will it cause some NPC's to be hostile towards you — like Sirris and Rosaria's Finger —?
