This is really build dependant. You won't get any good advice from this topic.

Best PvP Rings in general would be Havel and Stamina Regen ring. But the other two depends on your build.

Like a Thrusting parry build would go Leo and Hornet.

Knight Slayer is extremely important for turtles.
Hornet Ring if you can parry/backstab regularly, Carthus Milkring if you are going for Dex, Leo Ring could be good too.

Leo + Hornet + Thrusting weapon = Killing everyone except uber tanks in one hit.

Don't put your hopes on the Stamina ring, it's really deceiving.

It is pretty nice on heavy weapons. Though I wouldn't write home about it.

There is too many good rings it's hard to settle on which ones I like the best. Right now I'm experimenting using the Loyd attack ring with the leo ring, knight slayer ring and the pontifs attack ring, it's a fairly deadly combination with my gotthard twinswords build but I always am playing around with different combinations, just got kinda bored of using Anri's sword so trying new things. The enslaved ring is pretty strong too combined with the ring of favor, havels and clorethy. Also the Pontiff rings combined with the allfather rings are good too. The allfather shield ring has let me survive many tough boss battles because hits that would normall one shot me I would survive and could heal back to full.

I use the prisoners chain since armor hardly matters and it gives you 15 levels. The loss of armor is even nearly offset by the fact that you can carry a heavier armor.

Ring of favor is probably one of the best.
