I traded Loretta's Bone to the bird (Greirat question)
Since I can never give him the bone, does that mean I can't finish his questline?

Alternatively, is the bone tradeable or will it not show up for other players if dropped like gems and covenant items?

His quest isnt that important, you just need the gesture for the achievement. If you have it, kill him and hopefully his ashes will drop and give them to the handmaiden, if he's not selling you stuff.

For future reference, Rings of Sacrifice are kind of useless imo. While it would be nice to hold onto souls, unless doing a solo only run, there are plenty of risk free ways to grind souls.

Thats why I said you can kill him for his ashes - which will give the handmaiden most (if not all, not sure) his inventory.

His ashes don't unlock that many items, only a few standard ones.
