Joined Rosaria's Fingers covenant. Should I have?

Apparently this automatically ended some (one?) quests. Is NOT joining necessary to get certain endings? I just wanted to change my appearance... Now seems like atleast one NPC left the shrine completely.

That npc was for some quest, the only thing i know of that rosarias ♥♥♥♥♥ up is joining the mound-makers if you hadn't already.

certain endings? no not at all. but joining rosarias before doing some npc's quests will throw them out the window til next playthrough.

The npc is Sirri of the Sunless Realms. It's a smallish side quest but you need to eventually complete it if you want to get all the achievements. Her quest results in a ring and joining rosaria's at any time while the quest is up will fail it. since getting all rings needs at least 3 playthroughs, you can do it next time. (just don't hand in ANY fingers at all while her quest is going, wait till after).

Oh she also has the gesture "Darkmoon Loyalty" also part of an achievement.

Ah, thanks. Well, I was planning on another playthrough anyway. :D
