Assassin in Church of Yorshka

So I've completed everything in Anri's questline, including killing Horace, up until the church of yorshka. For some reason, after talking to her, I can't seem the find the assassin hiding amongst the statues, did I do something wrong?

i cant find it either but i killed yuria before anri got to the church of yorshka, maybe that f*ck me in the ass

Step 1 - Talk to Yoel at the Undead Village
Step 2 - Level up with Yoel. This is done by accepting the dark sigil, and then dying two times. Every two times you do, Yoel will have a level up for you. You need to level with Yoel a total of 5 times. You MUST do this before the Abyss Watchers or Yoel just dies and you won't be able to get Yuria to show up. Yuria will show once you level with Yoel 5 times.
Step 3 - Talk to Anri in the "Road of Sacrifices"
Step 4 - Defeat the Deacons of the Deep, and talk to Anri in the Firelink Shrine.
Step 5 - Find and talk to Anri in the catacombs after the Abyss Watcher boss fight. He/she is in a corridor near the first rolling skeleton ball.
Step 6 - Talk to Anri again near the wooden bridge in the catacombs (the one that breaks). Go down to the lake area below you and kill Horace. You must kill Horace, he has gone mad and if you tell Anri where he is then Horace will kill Anri. Once Horace is dead, return to Anri and tell him/her you found him down the lake.
Step 7 - Talk to Anri by the church bonfire in the Boreal Valley (the bonfire near Sullyvahn)
Step 8 - Defeat Pontiff Sulyvhan, then return to Firelink Shrine. Talk to Yuria and she will tell you that your spouse is ready.
Step 9 - Go into the Darkmoon Tomb below Anor Londo. Talk to the pilgrim outside, and she'll give you a sword and tell you to start the ceremony. Go up to Anri's body and then interact with it.
Step 10 - Return to Yuria and talk to her.
Step 11 - Defeat the Soul of Cinder, and then interact with the bonfire.

if you missed a step you must retry in ng+

That's not an assassin, rather a pilgrim leading her to Darkmoon Tomb. In case you are going for the Dark ending, then he has to be left alive.

no i killed yuria right when i started ng+ and the assassin was still in the church AFTER anri came to the church
