If you defeated all Lord Of Cinders go to their throne in Firelink Shrine and interact with each of them.

Yeah I've killed Yhorm and Aldrich. Looking at this I dont think I've been to Archdragon Peak but I'm thought I explored everywhere there o_O

Archdragon Peak is optional, if you beat all 4 Lords you can proceed to endgame if you wish.

He's in the Castle's Garden, climb the stairs from the Dancer bonfire then take a left.
