Best Souls game? undecided. Best soundtrack? Definitely

Anyone else agree? The music in this one is on point even more then normal. Especially the last boss, pontiff, and prince dudes.

Barely got to hear much of Pontiff's thing since I parried him to death.

Since Bloodborne, they definitely stepped up a lot of the music in this game.
Abyss Watchers and Oceiros are my favorite.

If they copied Bloodborne, it would of been pretty bland, they took things from it.

Sountrack is forgettable. Firelink theme (both versions) is bland and not a patch on originals or ds2's majula.

Dark souls 1 had a more varied and fitting though less epic sounding soundtrack in my opinion, just listen to the themes of sif, seath, artorias, gwyndolin and gwyn. Although none of the boss themes from dark souls 1 and 3 can still beat how good sir alonne's theme sounded for me.

Yhorm's and abys walkers music are amazing too. DS3 music is the best of all including DS1. BB is a close second imo.

I'm partial to Bloodborne's, but you wont hear me complaining about DS3's.

Same here, Bloodborne raised the bar so high for me that it's kind of difficult for DS3's tracks to live up to the previous masterpiece. Still, there are some very good tracks in the 3rd, but some others are far more forgettable than any from the PS4 spin-off.

Speaking of, it's really a shame that the Deacons are so easy. I wanted to hear the music play longer :p
