The ***WORST*** thing about DS3 Sorcery:
The ***WORST*** thing about DS3 Sorcery is the itemization. It all looks like utter garbage.

All the Catalysts look like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sticks and the two good-looking Catalysts are complete garbage statwise -- despite the fact you get them extremely late in the game. The "Witchtree Branch" Catalyst which boosts casting speed is totally useless; casting speed items do not stack.

I do roughly ***30%*** more damage per nuke with the Court Sorcerer's Staff (which looks like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stick) and a Sage's RING to speed casting times, than I do with the Witchtree Branch and 4 magic-damage rings.

Lastly, the only non-catalyst-non-ring item that increase Sorceries is the Crown of Dusk --- which looks like a piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wire with two "baby angel" wings taped to it.

Why not have the Sage's Big Hat increase Sorcery damage? Ya know the hat that you get from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CRYSTAL SAGE?

Unreal.

If you want to play dress up, play dress up. Don't play dress up and go to war, that's just silly.

Damn, i heard that sorcery is weak in DS3, that is unfortunate.

Apparently it's not actually weak, it just has a reversed scaling curve so you need an insane amount of int before it pays off.

Yeah or those guys that fight naked with just a weapon. Luckily fashion souls is mad viable in this game.

Sorcery is pretty crap early on, jus raise your int a bit and it will pay off in the long run. With 50 int my sage's crystal staff t+5 with buffs has my crystal soul spear do 1157 to nameless king's dragon.

I like all the catalysts but I do wish we had fashion slots, It hurts looking like ♥♥♥♥ for stats
