Have you alreaky killed 3 Lords of Cinder? If yes, head to the room where you got the Bannaer, directly opposite to where you fought Vordt. Exhaust dialog with the Lady.
If you have not yet killed 3 Lords, search for the ones you have missed.

There is nowhere else to go from there. You need to go to the irithyll dungeon and find the profaned capital to find the next lord of cinder

Assuming you havent beaten him yet

He gets teleported there if he defeated every lord of cinder.
You have to defeat yhorm the giant

You need to head to Irithyll Dungeon, the water below the bridge with the large monster, you will have gone through the house basement on the left to work your way round to Pontyff Sullivan and then onto Anor Londo. Instead of going into said basement go straight ahead to the tower with the torch by the entrance and that will take you downover to the Dungeon.

I am assuming you have also been down to the Smouldering Lake from the Catacombs of Carthus via the bridge that collapses just after all the skeletons

I've defeated that Skeleton Cup in the catacombs, Aldrich, the Watchers. The boss with the flaming sword duplicating itself into a purple shade too. I haven't found Yhorm The Giant yet.

Yeah, you need to go straight ahead when in the water under the large bridge with the dog thing that drops down after you. In that water you will have went left into a basement with these weird face hugger type things. Don't go in there and keep going forward into the tower in front of you and that takes you where you need to be

yes, there is a bonfire in a building if you pass the sewer entrance
