Where can I farm large titanite shard and chunks?

I just killed Sulyvahn and have just a claymore +6, that's a lame, there is so much weapons I want to use but can't upgrade.

i think Silver Knights drop it and when you get to Lothric Castle the Lothric Knights drop it.

Just keep playing, late game every enemy poops out Large Shards and every corpse along the road has a Chunk on it.

Catacombs after the 1st bonfire theres a skelly with a Shotel right after some rats. Very quick to reach. He has a high drop rate it seems. He goes down easy with a 2h Great Club R1 & couple swings, stuns him.

You should be able to find the Easterner ashes in the immediate area right after Sulvahn, this allows you to purchase as many large titanite shards as you want from the Handmaiden. For Chunks you're going to have to wait till you can unlock Lothric Castle before you can get a steady supply, until then you'll have to rely on treasure and lizards.
