Why there are no difference between Knight Armor and Leather armor?
It says it has different stats, but damage looks the same. Why?

Damage to me. -.-
Look at the defence modifiers...and armor in DaS3 is kind of.....useless offers such little protection it's mostly there for fashion souls, and nothing else : /

Well, no. There are real difference between naked and armored, as I can see, but there are no diference if yo uhave heavy-plated armor or leather armor some reason...
As I said..the armor offers MINIMAL defences..not none at all...my firekeeper set protects me more than the heavy armor i wear -_- ...as I said it's there for fashion souls now mostly..which is sad..no more LEGENDS and havel monsters running about :(

There are differences between slashing, stabbing and impact damage. Really heavy armor sets often have better defenses against slashing and stabbing, but not against impact, which is always gonna be at numbers somewhat near that of lighter armor.

Oh yeah, you should definitely also look at the Poise stat to decide which armor you want to wear. It's a really useful stat that determines wheter or not you flinch after you get hit. You can just tank hits and keep attacking without getting interrupted with high poise, which is the main perk of heavy armor.

But also comes at the cost of slower rolls, and taking more hits unless you have really good skills or a really good shield.

No, I know what poise does. I've found what is wrong with armor in DS3. Just look at this ♥♥♥♥, why didn't they made it like in DS1?
