Can't take screenshots?
Curious if it's just me or if other people have this issue. Last game I played was RE Rev 2 a week ago and had no problem taking screenshots. I didnt change any settings or anything. When I tried to take one playing this game, nothing happened. I normally have fraps in the background and turned it off to see if it was causing problems, but no luck, same result. Any help would be appreciated, this game has some really beautiful environments that I wanted to capture.

is steam overlay enabled? if not right click DS3, click properties, enable steam overlay.

Yup, steam overlay is enabled. Gonna try taking screenshots in other games to see if I can isolate the issue. Thanks for the help.

Having the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Assuming you've already done what was mentioned above:

As said above, make sure overlay is enabled:

Steam (top left corner) > Settings > In-Game > Check box "Enable the Steam Overlay"

Now that you're in the In-Game settings menu also make sure your screenshots have the F12 hotkey and notify you. You could be taking screenshots and not knowing they're taking if you have no sounds/notifications, so make sure to tick them both on. If the F12 hotkey is listed there try another hotkey. Keep in mind that no other background programs are using an F12 hotkey aswell. One last thing that may work is to set a new screenshot folder using the same settings menu.

*sometimes this issue happens with fullscreen games and steam (I've noticed) so try going Windowed/Wfullscreen and see if you can take screenshots then. This fixed my issue in DS3 and other games*

If none of this helped Google is your friend, goodluck :)

Thank you for the reply. :)

But it was the MSI Afterburner doing. For some reason he puts the screenshot feature away during the game.
