Farron keep perimeter Black Knight drops

The black night next to the bonfire at the shortcut hasn't dropped anything but armour for me with 40 kills, was wondering if its possible to get the ultra black knight great sword

Yes :) you can get the ultra greatsword from him, i collected about 4 of them before i had a full set of his armor

Got any rusted coins? give them a go before you fight him

You can also fight another black knight with the greatsword in the place after champ gundier or however you say his name.

Thats a string of bad luck, I farmed him/her a bunch... Couldn't manage to get the gloves to drop for me, but I have 3 copies of the sword. So yes it is possible.

I'm SL 71, if you're having trouble i could drop you one. (Assuming dropping items is still allowed in DS3)

Nah its good, farming simulator is half the game. Though i do have enough gloves to duel every member of the dark soul comunity.

I have duplicates of everything except for the armor and i need the helm so if you can't get drops we can trade

A better farming place is at the Dark Firelink Shrine where there's 2 UG Sword and 2 G Axe B. Knights right near a bonfire.

Also I have doubles so if you want it I'll drop it for a few embers maybe?

Ah, it seems From has co-opted Capcom's Desire Sensor out of Monster Hunter. Your desperation for the item meant you were getting everything but, and as soon as you resigned yourself fully too the long haul, lo and behold.

Seriously, the fething Desire Sensor had me spend way too long to get my Lothric Knight set. At least I got a few embers in the process.
