Lore Talk: Oceiros the Consumed King
So during the fight he keeps talking about Ocelot, calling him the child of dragons, and you can hear a baby crying in the background. Does anything ever happen with that? Can you meet the child or do anything with it?

I didn't notice it myself but apparently, he cradles an invisible baby in his arms during the first phase of the fight.
So it is heavily implied that the baby is imaginary.

as above, ocerios apparently had 3 children, one was called ocelot.

but from what I've read, ocelot vanished years ago, so either ocerios just couldn't hack it and believes he is still there, or ocelot did find some kind of power of invisibility and is right there.

Ocelotte.
As for the baby, we'll just have to wait and see if they ever decide to add on to his story.

Isn't Oceiros a servant of Seath?

I heard something like that he might be Bighat Logan from DS1.

This forum :P

It's just a theory and might be far from true.

Soul of Oceiros, the Consumed King. One of the twisted souls, steeped in strength.

Use to acquire numerous souls, or transpose to extract its true strength.

Oceiros went mad trying to harness his royal blood for a greater purpose, leading him to the heretics of the Grand Archives, where he discovered the twisted worship of Seath the paledrake.

Sorcery of the deluded Consumed King Oceiros.

Emits crystal breath of Seath the Scaleless. Crystal breath has piercing qualities.

Seath's research seemed to strike a chord with old Big Hat who, in his mad, disrobed state, made divine works such as this, his own. Oceiros was no doubt edified by this.

Safe to say it's not true.

The wiki states in the lore speculation section

"It may be possible that Oceiros is in fact Big Hat Logan from the original Dark Souls (or follows in his footsteps), as not only does he wield a strikingly similar staff to the sorcerer, but also shares the same mad obsession with dragons. This is further reinforced by being able to purchase 'White Dragon Breath' with the Soul of Oceiros, which was a drop from Big Hat Logan after his defeat."
I do think its untrue though
