Temporary solution to input out of range
I had issues with the screen going black when starting the game, and the message input out of range appearing.

If you have this problem, try alt + enter to force windowed mode. That way, you can accept the terms and condition, and get to the config menu and set a resolution that works for your monitor.

Doesn't work for me. I have changed monitor for smaller. When I alt enter the resolution I can choose is 1440x810(1440x900native) and when I change to full screen it's out of range again.
