No ice/frost gem / no ice/frost infusion?

Sooo, wondering. There is an infusion for every stat - lightning, fire even blessed, but i havent found ice yet. Anybody else?

Frost might be a bit too strong for pvp considering the movement slowdown, attack slowdown, and stamina recovery slowdown. It would be nice to have but would be way to overpowered in pvp. People would stack it on fast multihit weapons for easy procs too.

.....sooo, frost is the only overpowered effect in the whole game. Good to know. How r3tarded....
