How do I open the stone door on farron keep? Messages around saying to use torch, but nothing happens!

Extinguish the candles on the altars throughout the swamp. There's 3 in total.

There are three towers throughout the map, go explore and you find them.

Look for the smoke stacks or high of the grou d areas in tge swamp. There should be a small bowl with a fire against a wall that you can interact witb
