Is there a way to completely disable fog and light effect of dark souls3
Well for me all the crashes stopped when I put the light n effects on low at ds3 settings, but I still experience major fps dropdown on fog areas or dark areas with light spots, so I was wondering if there is a script on the game folder that I can edit to completely disable them, completely remove the fog and the glowing light effect... like dsfix.ini

There are few tweaks here and there, modifying the .ini file, that allow you to get rid of certain visual effects in order to run it properly on a low end device. Things like making it look like low-poly, etc etc. As for getting rid of the fog and light effects, I'm not entirely sure. Those are built in with the engine, and you won't be able to turn the off completely, unless they intentionally put those settings in the .ini file I mentioned above.
I see, cause the models and all are fine and I don't want them to look like absolute ass.
My fps drops to like 30 from 60 on ANY area with thick fog, like at the very start of the game and such...
Areas with no Fog I get betwen 55-60 fps :/
It's funny cause Fog/Shadows/Grass are ALWAYS the culprit if every single game I play. :p
