Ironically im wearin part of female sets as a male :P
Not to mention the amount of other ones that are unisex. Some of them do look more bro-ish like the Black Iron Set but others can be pretty much any gender.
Do yourself a favor and google "women in armor". You'll notice that real women wear the exact same style of armor as men do, just made to fit them. Add a helmet and you can't tell the gender of someone in armor at all.
I know a fair amount of female martial artists who would beat your ass for asking about "feminine looking armor".
You want to look feminine, wear a dress. You want to look like a female in armor, wear normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ armor
Though there are often a few exceptions in the past games, I don't think they actually put gender specific versions of anything in DS3? For example, the Shadow set (Ninja outfit), in DS1 would have short sleeves and a purple sash for ladies. The thief' set's head would not have a hood, etc, Small changes, when there even were any changes at all, rare as they were.
In this game, the Dancer's set has a great booty even if you are a dude, at least (and is from a Female boss)
EDIT: The mentioned brass armor is what a female NPC from a past game wore. The Mirrah set, also what a female NPC wore in a past game.
80% of the armors in the game are either buy-able via the handmaiden or found throughout enemy drops
