Anyone use DS4Windows?

All of the sudden only my touch pad works and I cant figure out why? I tried the controller on my PS4 and the buttons are fine so its gotta be something with the program.

gave me issues with uplay for some reason. Scpserver is far more reliable.

I can't get it to recognize anything from my ds4 using ds4windows

have you ticked "hide ds4 controller"?

I use it with my DS4. It can be finicky. I have had mine stop working but alt-tabbing out and restarting DS4Windows fixed it. Also, make sure Hide DS4 Controller is checked (or uncheck and recheck it) and then alt-tab back into the game.

i use it for ds2 and other games but although my ps4 controller shows up as working in ds4windows and all tests work fine soon as i play ds3,it simply will not work,im thinking of just getting the steam controller at least i know it will work for dark souls 3.

I tried all this and still no luck. I'm not familiar with the program too much so I would know whats wrong.

Click "Hide DS4 Controller" and make sure you hit the Control Panel option under the settings tab and change the preffered device to "Controller (XBOX 360 For Windows). Worked for me :)

This is so frustrating, it literally just DECIDED it wasnt gonna work any more. I have no clue as to whats wrong here. I reinstalled drivers and DS4Windows and still nothing

I now have it working, had to enable the 'Hide DS4 Controller' and enable 'Xboxstat.exe' at startup (which I had to disable in order to get a friends xbone controller to work previously). How the ♥♥♥♥ do you port a PS4 game and not support Direct Input controllers...

See I try that but when I go to hide it I get the whole "Warning: could not open DS4. You must quit applications like, etc." No matter what I do. I'm irritated right now because it worked so perfectly day one but now it won't.

Hi Guys!. Also got this issue that DS3 is not detecting my controller with DS4Windows software.
How i fixed it:
(on DS4windows)
1. Go to "Auto Profiles" tab.
2. Click on "Add Programs"
3. Select the "DarkSoulsIII.exe" at the folder location ie:"C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game\DarkSoulsIII.exe"
4. open up DS3

Ended up going with this, all's well and good but how do i get the parring light bar to stop blinking? Im using it wired, not via bluetooth.
