Where is 3rd lever in Cathedral for 3rd bridge ?

I can only find two, and they are useless.

Not yet, do i do that after the boss ? i've not defeated the boss yet.

Go to the 2nd or 3rd bonfire in that area (the one which had two closed doors).
Then go through the door which had a 2nd door directly after and use that lift which leads to a ladder.
Climb that ladder, on top there is one enemy and a hole in the wall. Roll down there to the "bridge".

If you got there, you should be able to find the lever eventually.

I remember being up that way, i killed the mob and got the ring but didn't see anytihg else. I'll take another look thanks.
