i cant jump HELP!

maybe i'm to moron but i've try everything to jump, i press the button and nothing, idk if i have to do commands or what. i already try to change the key of jumping and dont do anything. plz help...

You need to sprint first.

Ah easy. Sprint with B and jump (while sprinting) with L3, just press the left stick like a button.
