Sirris is gone

After my first dialog with Sirris she just disappeared. I don't know why she left and i don't know when i will be able to speak to her again.

She'll keep showing up back at Firelink Shrine as you do certain things, just keep playing the game and keep your eyes peeled

She disapears if someone in her questline dies, and he dies if you kill a certain boss because Fromsoft thought it would be funny to make you have to talk to an npc during a bossfight and then homeward bone out of it to complete some complicated ass story.

Have you activated the first bonfire in Irithyll? Her sign should be on the bridge after that.

Yeah found that out after playing long enough. That information was what a lot of people believed when the game first released. Sorry for the incorrect info.

I just wound up here, finally going for the ring achievement. Started NG++, talked to Sirris, got the ashes, turned them in. She still had the first dialog reaction.

I went to the bridge, no summon sign, no sign of her in the shrine. I was trying to figure out what I could have possibly done, haven't even gone to the Finger's chamber this playthru.

I decide to go talk to the shrine handmaiden, who I've had no reason to talk to since buying the keys, and she was still on the "where did you get these ashes" dialog, because I'd exited it without finishing it!

Finished the dialog, left the shrine, came back, Sirris was back. Talked to her, went to the bridge, no summon sign. Left and came back again and there it was was.

Just wanted to add this note in case anyone new found themselves here like I did.
