Is there an item like Rusted Iron Ring from DS1?

Both my currently available routes include tar/swamp areas where you're unable to run. Have anyone come across a ring of something to traverse such surfaces swiftly?

Don't know about ring, but there's nice pair of knives (Brigand Twindaggers) somewhere on the Road of Sacrifices, that allow you to do a REALLY FAST quick step movement with their special attack.

yeh what dreamless seid, go buy a dagger or bandit knife and use its weapon art repeatedly to quickstep through the mud.
