Skull Ring?
I don't know what it actually does. Put it on, but it doesn't seem to be having much effect?

*Edit* As having played Demon's Souls, Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 2, and Bloodborne. I know how to read the item description. It's just that with the item description in mind: I don't seem to notice an obvious effect.

All items have a description. Try reading it. A hint may be revealed. ;)

uhm try to sneak up on the sleeping crossbowman to the right of the lothric high wall bonfire and try sneak up on an awake enemy with their back turned like the blue caped knight near the dancer boss

basically the enemies will notice you from a further range, and in a group setting you will be the target they always go after.

hmm it says "enemies will notice you more"?
Maybe it means invaders?

Then maybe its more of a taunt ring and mobs chose you over friendlies? (/._.)\ who know!!

speaking of rings. where can i craft HAvel's ring from a boss soul ? Blacksmith in firelink doesn't have these
Also you should deff try wiki searching first. if you searched boss souls youd learn that you need the kiln from the giant tree boss in the undead settlement, give the kiln to paraplegic guy on one of the ember thrones and get the ring/soul trade from him

basically, it increases your aggro. Not so good for solo but great for co-op if you know how to handle enemies

It works exactly as the red eye ring. I just tested it on last boss as a white phantom. The boss immediatly rushed to me from the middle of the arena. It takes a lot of hits before it goes for someone else, then you can get agro back with 1 swing or 2.
