Where is Sir Onion?

First time doing a serious playthrough in dark souls with a character i'm committed to, so forgive me for not knowing all the hidden details. I am trying to acquire all miracles, and now I am trying to get emit force, but I cannot find Siegward. Anywhere.

I didn't go to the tower and get the firekeeper soul, until I watched a video saying I need to, so then I went there. Then it said to forgive patches and get the armor. He didn't sell the armor to me, wasn't there. So, then it says "oh, you gotta get him out of the chapel well first." So I went there, but lo and behold, HE ISN'T THERE. Nor is he at the irythyll kitchen area with the estus soup. I killed Yhorm before doing any of this, so my only guess is that I somehow botched the questline for him? I want all the miracles, and I've already ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up by not taking the hollow path to get the dark ones from Yuria, I don't want to lose out on the light ones too, and wait til NG+. Is there any way out of this self-entrapment I have created by not knowing anything about dark souls?

I did, yes. I killed the demon with him, took the emotes and siegbrau.

His questline ends when he helps you kill Yhorm... so yeah you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
