Anri Questline what did I do wrong?

I've killed Horace, told Anri about it, Yoel is dead now in firelink and never had Yuria. Talked to Anri in the Church but couldn't kill the pilgrim as the statue wasn't there and went to check the Blade moon tomb her body wasn't there. I never summoned her for the Pointiff Boss fight but her summon sign doesn't appear in Anor Londo? Have I missed something or broken the quest somehow?

If you fair the quest of Yoel you can't finish the quest of Yuria. If Yurias questline doesn't advance you won't find the pilgrim assassin.

There is 3 endings for Anris questline.
1) She kills Aldrich, knows where Horace died and goes hollow there.
2) She kills Aldrich, doesn't know where Horace is, and goes hollow somewhere else.
3) You marry her, which is part of Yuria's questline.

You can only do 1 now. EDIT: Maybe you need to advance Yuria questline in order to get 1 or 2 endings as well?

What you did wrong was not getting 5 level from Yoel BTW. You have to gain 5 level from Yoel before you reach the catacombs. If you do that the assassin will be there, and you can marry Anri, or save her.

Ahh I see thank you, that'll be the aim for the next run then. So all in all if I can only go for ending 1 what steps would I need to take to get her summon sign to appear, I've tried reloading but still nothing.

Never mind found her in the Darkmoon tomb along with the dead Pilgrim (interesting)

I was going to ask the same thing. Just found Anri and told him what remains of Horace is. I didn't knew that he's linked to Yoel.

This is awful, i think i failed half of the sidequests because i wasn't playing while having my face stuck in Fextralife.

Kinda like it was in Dark Souls I both with Siegmayer and Solaire preventing the grub glowworm from getting him via the Queelana shortcut Siegmayer bounced around everywhere and then his daughter needed help too. I learned from that one to check out NPC questlines in DS2 and DS3

Yeah everytime i think to myself "i have to read carefully". But i don't think i would really enjoy playing that way. C'mon, going to next area or meeting a boss can break a (or even two) questlines?? That's not what i'd call "difficulty", that's just plain annoying.

Tell me about it. Not sure what questline I can even do now, maybe Catarina and Patches but I already mucked up meeting Patches at CotD

You can still try meeting him at the Firelink Sanctuary. Just head to the tower with a spiral staircase, cross the derelict bridge above the sanctuary, use the elevator to get at the top, use the elevator again to go back down. He may appear there to trap you.

I don't know if it's linked to the presence of Siegmayer in CotD.
