Seek Guidance not working?
It says the miracle reveals summon signs even while not embered, but I can't use the summon sign! Is this just me or a bug?

It allows you to see the signs, but you can not summon them unless you're embered. Seek Guidance is used so that you know there are people that can be summoned without having to waste an Ember if there isn't anybody.
