Accidentally discarded Darkmoon Ring and Wolf Ring. Willing to trade Titanite Slabs for Rings

I had all the rings, but the achievement didn't pop up. I tried dropping some rings and picking them up hoping they would trigger the achievement, however, when I dropped my Darkmoon Ring and Wolf Ring, my game disconnected from server and went to main menu... which lost the rings.
I don't think there's any way to get these rings again since I'm already Rank 2 for both the related covenants.
Would anyone be willing to trade me for these rings?
I can trade pretty much anything.

BTW the achievements don't seem to work. Some days ago I did the Usurpation of Fire, but it didn't count.

Also, strangely, even though I lost a few rings trying to trigger the achievement, the achievement triggered when I exited and opened the game. I have the achievement, I just want the rings for completion's sake

You can check my profile, I already have the achievement. I had the rings. I already put in my time grinding. Just want them for completion's sake. If it's relevant, I lost a lot more rings than just those two, but those are the only two I can't get anymore on any new game +.
