yep those stack, and u can use Lightning Clutch Ring too :D

20%+12%+15%=47% if u use buff like Sacred Oath u have 57% more damage and most far with leo ring u have 68.5%

Sacred oath only boosts physical damage, Lightning Clutch is more like 15% and you also take more damage. Aside from that SO and LC are heavily nerfed in pvp.
