Red Tearstone Ring Vs. Lloyd's Sword Ring; which provides a bigger damage boost?

I'm mostly wondering for farming souls in the Dragonking Mausoleum with the constantly summoned Drakeblood Knights. Need to do 1300+ damage with a backstab, currently only get that using:
Hornet Ring
Lloyd's Sword Ring
50 STR
Yhorm's Great Machete+5
Dragon Torso Stone or Warcry buff(I prefer DTS since no FP usage even if the duration is practically nil)

Put a simple infused caestus in your offhand and you can use warcry forever.

Don't have it yet.
EDIT: Can't get it, healed the Dark Sigil before I knew about Yuria so there's no way for me to get this.

you can use it in-between backstab when you finish him.

You can swap between them (shield/caestus) between fights. Simple FP regen only needs a few seconds to tick. Press the quick swap, wait 3 seconds, swap back.

Thanks, what SL and NG are you on though? I tried trading with someone else earlier for the Thorns set and weapon since I missed out on killing Kirk in the CotD and couldn't even with password...

It does not matter. If pw does not work it means you are banned. Just accept invite.

Yeah...even at 750~ AR with the Hornets Ring, a backstab STILL was shy of that 1300 mark using Yhorms Machete...like what the hell game what do I need?

Bump for anymore advice shy of switching to a Sorcerer and casting CSS on the blighter?
