Short Bow, Composite Bow, or something else?

I cant decide which is best.

Pharis bow is the actual best bow but Longbow dish more damage and shortbow(and composite) got rolling shots. You to decide. I prefer longbow beacuase of damage.

The arbalest does just a few points less damage with 0 stat investment than a pharis bow at 40 dex and gives you access to exploding and bleed bolts.
You're also not frozen in place after shooting like you are with bows.

Bows are a joke, they need a huge buff.

I'd prefer composite. The moveset is really awesome and agile and I believe it has better scaling and base dmg than short bow
