+9 to +10 only if you feel like wasting a Slab for a 60-second-5-damage-increase per duel.
I will admit I prefer +8 on my not spell heavy SL 80 guys, but that's for Co-Op scaling reasons, not PvP Meta reasons (Plus caster builds need more levels to get their casting softcap, while not being a 500 HP weakling with the upper body strength of a small child)
